Terms of Service

The terms for authorized use of the MyUnit real-estate operating system.

Effective date: 24 August 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms govern access to and use of MyUnit. By using the platform, you confirm that you are authorized by your organization and agree to follow these Terms and the policies presented in the service.

2. The service

MyUnit provides tools for real-estate operations, including CRM, leads, appointments, deals, properties, documents, payment records, reporting, client portals, integrations and assisted automation. Features may vary by organization, plan, location or release stage.

3. Accounts and permissions

Users must provide accurate account information, protect their credentials and use only the organization and records they are authorized to access. Organization administrators are responsible for assigning roles, removing access when no longer required and ensuring lawful use by their team.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use MyUnit to violate law, infringe rights, access another tenant’s data, bypass security controls, distribute malware, overload the service, reverse engineer protected components or process information without a lawful business purpose and appropriate authority.

5. Customer data

Customer organizations retain responsibility for the accuracy, legality and permitted use of the business data they submit. MyUnit processes customer data to provide, secure and support the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Google Calendar integration

Connecting Google Calendar is optional and requires the user’s explicit Google authorization. Once connected, MyUnit may create, update, display and cancel calendar events and send invitations as directed through the CRM. Users can disconnect the integration at any time, and Google services remain subject to Google’s own terms and availability.

7. Third-party services

MyUnit may interoperate with third-party services such as Google, hosting providers, communications services and payment providers. MyUnit is not responsible for outages, account restrictions or changes controlled by those providers, but will apply reasonable measures to monitor and recover supported integrations.

8. Security and confidentiality

Users must handle client and business information confidentially and report suspected unauthorized access promptly. MyUnit applies technical and organizational safeguards, including role-based access, tenant scoping and encrypted storage for sensitive integration credentials.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may maintain, improve or modify features when needed for security, compliance, reliability or product development. Material changes affecting customer use will be communicated when reasonably possible.

10. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for security risk, unlawful use, serious breach, non-payment where applicable, or at the customer organization’s request. Rights and obligations that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

11. Disclaimers and liability

MyUnit is an operational software platform and does not provide legal, tax, financial, investment or brokerage advice. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded, and liability is limited to direct losses reasonably attributable to a proven breach.

12. Contact and updates

We may update these Terms to reflect service, security or legal changes. The current version will remain available at this URL. Questions may be sent to zion@dubai-realestate.co.il.
